Description
Black paint, a gold metallic grille and a red cabin: this 5 Series is the company's full-option, platinum M-package car. Smart Fleet Car Rental works from the Fairmont on Palm Jumeirah, 24 hours a day.
Rent this BMW 520i M-Pack Gold Edition 2024 in Dubai for AED 750/day, AED 4,550/week & AED 7,999/month. Includes 250 km/day mileage (AED 5 per additional km). Security deposit: AED 1,500.
Staying 12 days or more? Then the month is the plan to take: at AED 7,999, reduced from AED 9,999, it costs less than two weekly bookings (AED 9,100) and averages about AED 267 a day with 4,500 km. The week itself is AED 4,550 — AED 650 a day, which is AED 700 under seven days at the AED 750 daily rate — but its allowance is 1,500 km rather than seven times the daily 250 km. Extra kilometres are charged at AED 5, Salik at AED 7 per gate, plus 5% VAT.
The sedan is GCC-spec with a petrol engine and automatic gearbox, five seats and room for three bags. Its equipment runs from a head-up display, panoramic sunroof and gesture control to adaptive cruise, blind-spot warning, memory seats and Apple CarPlay with Android Auto — well suited to business meetings in DIFC or airport runs with luggage.

Rental terms
Mileage policy
Most rentals include a daily mileage limit (e.g., 250 km/day). Exceeding this incurs additional charges at AED 0.5 per extra km. Some providers offer unlimited mileage or extra mileage package options. Tip: Planning a long trip? Request a discounted extra mileage package from the rental company in advance to avoid per-km charges.
Fuel policy
Return the car with the same fuel level as received to avoid refueling charges. Tip: Take a picture of the fuel gauge at pickup and drop-off as proof, and keep the fuel receipt to avoid disputes.
Deposit policy
A refundable deposit is held via credit card pre-authorization and refunded within 30 days. Some companies offer a zero-deposit option for a non-refundable fee. Tip: Using a debit card, cash or bank transfer? Refunds take longer, require manual processing, and may incur transfer and currency conversion fees. Check with your provider in advance.
Rental policy
Car rentals operate on a 24-hour cycle—returning late, even by an hour, may result in a full-day charge. Early contract termination may affect your rental rate. Tip: If the rental company is picking up the car, ensure the vehicle is ready and accessible at the agreed time to avoid delays or extra charges. Important: Users must carefully review the Car Rental Agreement before confirming their booking. The policies mentioned on this page are for informational purposes and reflect standard car rental practices in Dubai. However, the Car Rental Agreement serves as the final binding contract between the user and the provider. Be sure to read it thoroughly and keep a copy for your records. Keep Records – Always document all communications with the car rental provider in text format, such as WhatsApp chats or emails. This helps avoid misunderstandings and provides proof in case of disputes.

Is the weekly or the monthly rate better value?

What are the driver requirements?
Minimum age 21 and an AED 1,500 deposit, returned within 30 days. Tourists with a licence from the GCC, US, UK, Canada, Europe and certain other countries need no IDP.
