No. gCar is an online catalog. The cars belong to independent rental companies, and the rental agreement is always between you and the company you choose.
Does gCar charge renters anything?
No. Searching and contacting companies through gCar is free. You pay only the rental company, on the terms you agree with it.
Where do the prices come from?
From the rental companies and from publicly available sources. We update the catalog regularly, but a price or availability can change at any moment, so the company always confirms the final offer.
Who do I contact about a booking, deposit or dispute?
The rental company you rented from: it is responsible for the car, the contract, the deposit and any refunds. If a company listed on gCar behaves dishonestly, tell us at info@gcar.ae — we review such reports.
How can my company appear on gCar or update its details?
Write to info@gcar.ae or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram. We will help add your fleet or correct the information on your company page.
