Description
A 2025 X5 M40i in grey and red with a grey cabin: AED 550 a day, two days minimum, free delivery when you book a week or more.
Rent this BMW X5 M40i 2025 in Dubai for AED 550/day, AED 3,450/week & AED 13,500/month. Includes 250 km/day mileage (AED 3 per additional km). Security deposit: AED 1,500.
The X5 M40i is the X5 for people who enjoy the drive as much as the space. This 2025 example seats five and carries three medium bags, which suits a family week split between Dubai Marina, a day out in the Hatta mountains and an evening in Downtown. Speedy Machine Car Rental runs its Al Quoz branch 24/7, so a late collection after a flight is not a problem.
The minimum hire is two days: AED 1,100 with 250 km per day. Take seven days and the weekly rate of AED 3,450 with 1,750 km equals about AED 493 a day, AED 400 less than seven day-rates. A 30-day month costs AED 13,500, exactly AED 450 a day, with 4,500 km included. Extra kilometres are AED 3 and Salik is AED 8 per gate. Prices are subject to 5% VAT and include basic comprehensive insurance.

- Deposit AED 1,500, or ask about the zero-deposit option

Rental terms
Mileage policy
Most rentals include a daily mileage limit (e.g., 250 km/day). Exceeding this incurs additional charges at AED 0.5 per extra km. Some providers offer unlimited mileage or extra mileage package options. Tip: Planning a long trip? Request a discounted extra mileage package from the rental company in advance to avoid per-km charges.
Fuel policy
Return the car with the same fuel level as received to avoid refueling charges. Tip: Take a picture of the fuel gauge at pickup and drop-off as proof, and keep the fuel receipt to avoid disputes.
Deposit policy
A refundable deposit is held via credit card pre-authorization and refunded within 30 days. Some companies offer a zero-deposit option for a non-refundable fee. Tip: Using a debit card, cash or bank transfer? Refunds take longer, require manual processing, and may incur transfer and currency conversion fees. Check with your provider in advance.
Rental policy
Car rentals operate on a 24-hour cycle—returning late, even by an hour, may result in a full-day charge. Early contract termination may affect your rental rate. Tip: If the rental company is picking up the car, ensure the vehicle is ready and accessible at the agreed time to avoid delays or extra charges. Important: Users must carefully review the Car Rental Agreement before confirming their booking. The policies mentioned on this page are for informational purposes and reflect standard car rental practices in Dubai. However, the Car Rental Agreement serves as the final binding contract between the user and the provider. Be sure to read it thoroughly and keep a copy for your records. Keep Records – Always document all communications with the car rental provider in text format, such as WhatsApp chats or emails. This helps avoid misunderstandings and provides proof in case of disputes.
