Convertibles earn their keep in Dubai from roughly November to March, when evenings are mild enough to leave the roof down. That is when this Mustang shines: a sunset cruise along Jumeirah Beach Road past the Burj Al Arab, a night drive through Dubai Marina, or the coastal motorway to the Abu Dhabi Corniche. Four seats suit two adults plus two in the back for short hops, and the boot takes two bags. Inside: leather, temperature-controlled seats, ambient lighting, premium audio, paddle shifters and a surround-view camera.
Pricing: AED 249 a day with 250 km; AED 1,750 a week with 1,750 km, exactly AED 250 a day, so the weekly deal is no cheaper than paying daily; AED 4,995 a month, about AED 167 a day, with a generous 6,000 km. Extra km cost AED 5. The minimum rental is two days (AED 498). Insurance is basic comprehensive; 5% VAT is added.

Rental terms
Kilometres
Allowance: 250 km on the daily rate, 1,750 km on the weekly rate, 6,000 km on the monthly rate. Above the allowance you pay AED 5 per km. For scale: Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back is roughly 280 km.
Fuel
Like for like: bring the car back with the fuel level you received it with. If it comes back lower, the company refuels it and bills you, usually above pump price.
Security deposit
AED 2,000, blocked on your credit card rather than charged and released within 30 days of the return. A deposit paid by debit card, cash or transfer comes back by manual refund, which takes longer.
Rental rules
Basic insurance is part of the price; full cover with a lower excess is usually an extra.
Shortest rental: 2 days.
A rental day is 24 hours from pick-up, so a return that is an hour late can cost a full extra day. Handing the car back early may change the rate you pay.
