Description
Getting around Dubai for AED 99 a day: Elite Gulf Car Rental's champagne-coloured Emgrand sedan, delivered free within the city.
Rent this Geely Emgrand 2024 in Dubai for AED 99/day, AED 750/week & AED 1,799/month. Includes 250 km/day mileage (AED 3 per additional km). Security deposit: AED 1,000.
Here is a useful bit of arithmetic. The three-day minimum costs AED 297. For a normal week, seven daily rentals come to AED 693 – AED 57 less than the AED 750 weekly rate. The weekly plan only wins if you drive a lot: it includes 2,000 km instead of 1,750 km, and at AED 3 per extra km it becomes the cheaper option once you pass roughly 1,770 km. Over a month the picture is simple: AED 1,799 (down from AED 1,999), about AED 60 a day, with 4,500 km.
The Emgrand itself is a fuel-efficient five-seat sedan with a spacious cabin, room for two medium bags, a touchscreen, rear camera and rear parking sensors – a good fit for daily commutes from Al Nahda or Al Qusais to Dubai Internet City, or for visiting friends across the city.
- Deposit AED 1,000, refunded within 30 days
- Free delivery in Dubai – Airport Terminals 1–3, JVC and Dubai Marina are on the fast list
- Office open 24 hours; staff speak Russian, Chinese, Spanish and French among other languages
Tell Elite Gulf how much you plan to drive and pick whichever rate comes out cheaper.

Rental terms
Kilometres
Allowance: 250 km on the daily rate, 2,000 km on the weekly rate, 4,500 km on the monthly rate. Above the allowance you pay AED 3 per km. For scale: Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back is roughly 280 km.
Fuel
Like for like: bring the car back with the fuel level you received it with. If it comes back lower, the company refuels it and bills you, usually above pump price.
Security deposit
AED 1,000, blocked on your credit card rather than charged and released within 30 days of the return. A deposit paid by debit card, cash or transfer comes back by manual refund, which takes longer.
Rental rules
Basic insurance is part of the price; full cover with a lower excess is usually an extra.
Shortest rental: 3 days.
A rental day is 24 hours from pick-up, so a return that is an hour late can cost a full extra day. Handing the car back early may change the rate you pay.
The rental agreement you sign is what binds you and the company, not this page: read it before paying, and agree any change in writing (WhatsApp or e-mail).
Driver & licence
Minimum driver age: 21 years.
Visitors from the GCC, the US, the UK, Canada, Europe and several other countries can drive on their home licence. Other visitors need an International Driving Permit; UAE residents need a UAE licence.
Payment, tolls & VAT
Accepted: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheque.
Salik toll gates: AED 6 per crossing, added to your bill.
Prices shown exclude 5% VAT.
Frequently asked questions
Should I take the weekly or the daily rate?
For seven days of normal driving, daily is cheaper (AED 693 against AED 750). If you expect more than about 1,770 km in the week, the weekly rate's 2,000 km allowance makes it the better deal.
What deposit is needed for the Emgrand?
AED 1,000, refunded within 30 days. Elite Gulf accepts cash, credit or debit cards and cheques.
Is delivery free, including the airport?
Delivery within Dubai is free, and Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are on the fast-delivery list; airport parking charges may apply. The minimum rental is three days.
