Kilometres
Allowance: 250 km on the daily rate, 4,500 km on the monthly rate. Above the allowance you pay AED 4 per km. For scale: Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back is roughly 280 km.
Fuel
Like for like: bring the car back with the fuel level you received it with. If it comes back lower, the company refuels it and bills you, usually above pump price.
Security deposit
AED 2,000, blocked on your credit card rather than charged and released within 30 days of the return. A deposit paid by debit card, cash or transfer comes back by manual refund, which takes longer.
Rental rules
Basic insurance is part of the price; full cover with a lower excess is usually an extra.
A rental day is 24 hours from pick-up, so a return that is an hour late can cost a full extra day. Handing the car back early may change the rate you pay.

How far can I drive the Staria each day before paying extra?
Each rental day includes 250 km. After that every extra kilometre costs AED 4, so going 50 km over the limit adds AED 200. The monthly plan includes 4,500 km.
Can the van meet us at Dubai Airport?
Yes. Dreamz lists Terminals 1, 2 and 3 among its fast-delivery locations; book in advance, as delivery and airport parking charges may apply. Free pick-up is also possible from the Business Bay office, which is open around the clock.
What deposit does Dreamz require for the Staria?
A refundable security deposit of AED 2,000, released within 30 days after the van is returned. Salik tolls (AED 5 per gate) may be deducted from it. Payment by cash, credit or debit card.
