The T2 fits residents between cars, new arrivals waiting for their own vehicle, and families who want an SUV with some presence without luxury-brand pricing. Up front there are leather power seats with memory, a digital head-up display and built-in navigation; overhead, a panoramic sunroof brightens the beige cabin. Adaptive cruise, steering assist, blind-spot warning and parking sensors make the daily commute on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road less tiring, and five people plus two suitcases fit comfortably.
By the day it is AED 300 with 250 km, so the 3-day minimum costs AED 900. Weekly pricing is available on request. Over the limit, each kilometre is AED 5, Salik gates are AED 5, and VAT at 5% is added; El Coche also warns that quotes may differ from the listed price.

Rental terms
Kilometres
Allowance: 250 km on the daily rate, 4,500 km on the monthly rate. Above the allowance you pay AED 5 per km. For scale: Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back is roughly 280 km.
Fuel
Like for like: bring the car back with the fuel level you received it with. If it comes back lower, the company refuels it and bills you, usually above pump price.
Security deposit
AED 2,500, blocked on your credit card rather than charged and released within 30 days of the return. A deposit paid by debit card, cash or transfer comes back by manual refund, which takes longer.
Rental rules
Basic insurance is part of the price; full cover with a lower excess is usually an extra.
Shortest rental: 3 days.
A rental day is 24 hours from pick-up, so a return that is an hour late can cost a full extra day. Handing the car back early may change the rate you pay.
