Description
One of the simplest ways to get around Dubai: a white 1.4-litre Kia Pegas at AED 60 a day, two-day minimum, from Premium Car Rentals in JLT.
Rent this Kia Pegas 2023 in Dubai for AED 60/day, AED 455/week & AED 1,390/month. Includes 250 km/day mileage (AED 0.5 per additional km). Security deposit: AED 1,000.
The Pegas is a no-fuss 2023 sedan for people who need reliable transport rather than a showpiece – school runs in the Springs or a week of errands around the Marina. It has a 1.4-litre petrol engine, automatic gearbox, five seats, space for two bags, Bluetooth and power windows.
Rates start at AED 60 a day with 250 km, on a two-day minimum. The monthly price of AED 1,390 with 4,500 km is the real bargain at under AED 47 a day; the AED 455 weekly rate includes 1,400 km. Going over costs AED 0.5 per km, Salik AED 5 per gate, and 5% VAT is added. Basic cover is part of the price.
Premium Car Rentals is based in JBC 1 Tower, JLT Cluster G, open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm. Pick-up there is free, and rentals of seven days or more come with free delivery – handy across JVC, Al Furjan or Dubai Marina. Expect an AED 1,000 deposit (or the zero-deposit option) and a minimum age of 22. Book directly by phone or WhatsApp.

Rental terms
Kilometres
Allowance: 250 km on the daily rate, 1,400 km on the weekly rate, 4,500 km on the monthly rate. Above the allowance you pay AED 0.5 per km. For scale: Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back is roughly 280 km.
Fuel
Like for like: bring the car back with the fuel level you received it with. If it comes back lower, the company refuels it and bills you, usually above pump price.
Security deposit
AED 1,000, blocked on your credit card rather than charged and released within 30 days of the return. To skip the deposit, ask for the zero-deposit option: a one-off fee that is not refunded. A deposit paid by debit card, cash or transfer comes back by manual refund, which takes longer.
Rental rules
Basic insurance is part of the price; full cover with a lower excess is usually an extra.
Shortest rental: 2 days.
A rental day is 24 hours from pick-up, so a return that is an hour late can cost a full extra day. Handing the car back early may change the rate you pay.
The rental agreement you sign is what binds you and the company, not this page: read it before paying, and agree any change in writing (WhatsApp or e-mail).
Driver & licence
Minimum driver age: 22 years.
Visitors from the GCC, the US, the UK, Canada, Europe and several other countries can drive on their home licence. Other visitors need an International Driving Permit; UAE residents need a UAE licence.
Payment, tolls & VAT
Accepted: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card.
Salik toll gates: AED 5 per crossing, added to your bill.
Prices shown exclude 5% VAT.
