Rental terms
Kilometres
Allowance: 250 km on the daily rate, 1,750 km on the weekly rate, 6,000 km on the monthly rate. Above the allowance you pay AED 5 per km. For scale: Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back is roughly 280 km.
Fuel
Like for like: bring the car back with the fuel level you received it with. If it comes back lower, the company refuels it and bills you, usually above pump price.
Security deposit
AED 2,000, blocked on your credit card rather than charged and released within 30 days of the return. To skip the deposit, ask for the zero-deposit option: a one-off fee that is not refunded. A deposit paid by debit card, cash or transfer comes back by manual refund, which takes longer.
Rental rules
Basic insurance is part of the price; full cover with a lower excess is usually an extra.
A rental day is 24 hours from pick-up, so a return that is an hour late can cost a full extra day. Handing the car back early may change the rate you pay.

How many kilometres are included?
250 km per day, 1,750 km per week and 6,000 km per month. Every kilometre beyond that is AED 5, so plan long road trips, say to Ras Al Khaimah or Al Ain, around the allowance.

Yes, on request anywhere in Dubai; the fast-delivery list includes DXB Terminals 1–3, Downtown, Dubai Marina, JBR, JLT and Business Bay. Delivery may cost extra, while pick-up from the Al Garhoud branch is free.
