Description
A 13-seat Hiace with space for six bags, ideal for airport runs and family trips, supplied with a driver on daily hire by Fair Price Bus Rental.
Rent this Toyota Hiace 13 Seater 2018 in Dubai for AED 299/day & AED 3,999/month. Includes 250 km/day mileage (AED 2 per additional km). Security deposit: AED 500.
Two families landing at DXB with a pile of suitcases do not need two taxis; they need one Toyota Hiace. This 2018 van seats 13, holds six bags and has rear climate control, so passengers at the back stay comfortable in summer. It runs on petrol with a manual gearbox and also has Bluetooth, a premium audio system, power windows and automatic emergency braking.
On daily hire the Hiace comes with a driver, supplied by Fair Price Bus Rental. The day rate is AED 299 with 250 km; for longer needs, such as staff shuttles or a school term, the month is AED 3999 with 4500 km. A weekly price can be quoted on request. Beyond the allowance you pay AED 2 a kilometre, plus AED 5 per Salik crossing and 5% VAT.
The company is based at Laguna Tower in JLT, works 24 hours and delivers free to areas including Dubai Marina, Al Barsha, Downtown and Dubai Festival City. The deposit is just AED 500. Payment is by cash or cheque.

Rental terms
Kilometres
Allowance: 250 km on the daily rate, 4,500 km on the monthly rate. Above the allowance you pay AED 2 per km. For scale: Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back is roughly 280 km.
Fuel
Like for like: bring the car back with the fuel level you received it with. If it comes back lower, the company refuels it and bills you, usually above pump price.
Security deposit
AED 500, blocked on your credit card rather than charged and released within 30 days of the return. A deposit paid by debit card, cash or transfer comes back by manual refund, which takes longer.
Rental rules
Basic insurance is part of the price; full cover with a lower excess is usually an extra.
A rental day is 24 hours from pick-up, so a return that is an hour late can cost a full extra day. Handing the car back early may change the rate you pay.
The rental agreement you sign is what binds you and the company, not this page: read it before paying, and agree any change in writing (WhatsApp or e-mail).
Driver & licence
Minimum driver age: 21 years.
Visitors from the GCC, the US, the UK, Canada, Europe and several other countries can drive on their home licence. Other visitors need an International Driving Permit; UAE residents need a UAE licence.
Payment, tolls & VAT
Accepted: Cash, Cheque.
Salik toll gates: AED 5 per crossing, added to your bill.
Prices shown exclude 5% VAT.
