A two-seater like this is best on short, scenic runs: breakfast at La Mer, a drive down Jumeirah Beach Road, then out along the coast to Abu Dhabi or into the Hajar Mountains towards Hatta. The boot takes one medium bag, so pack light. Inside there is a head-up display, built-in GPS, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot warning and memory seats.
Rent it for one day (AED 450 with 250 km), a week (AED 3,000 with 1,750 km – about AED 429 a day) or a month (AED 10,000 with 5,000 km – roughly AED 333 a day). Extra kilometres are AED 5 each. The deposit is AED 2,000 and comes back within 30 days of return; drivers must be 21 or older.
Delivery is free, and Rum Car Rental's Al Garhoud office is open 24/7 if you prefer to collect the car yourself at no charge. The team speaks English, Arabic, Russian and Urdu.

Rental terms
Kilometres
Allowance: 250 km on the daily rate, 1,750 km on the weekly rate, 5,000 km on the monthly rate. Above the allowance you pay AED 5 per km. For scale: Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back is roughly 280 km.
Fuel
Like for like: bring the car back with the fuel level you received it with. If it comes back lower, the company refuels it and bills you, usually above pump price.
Security deposit
AED 2,000, blocked on your credit card rather than charged and released within 30 days of the return. A deposit paid by debit card, cash or transfer comes back by manual refund, which takes longer.
Rental rules
Basic insurance is part of the price; full cover with a lower excess is usually an extra.
A rental day is 24 hours from pick-up, so a return that is an hour late can cost a full extra day. Handing the car back early may change the rate you pay.

Driver & licence
Minimum driver age: 21 years.
Visitors from the GCC, the US, the UK, Canada, Europe and several other countries can drive on their home licence. Other visitors need an International Driving Permit; UAE residents need a UAE licence.
