Description
Built for the month-long stay: a white 1.6-litre Corolla for AED 1,949, which works out to roughly AED 65 a day, with delivery included when you rent for 30 days or longer.
Rent this Toyota Corolla 2024 in Dubai for AED 1,949/month. Security deposit: AED 1,500.
Relocating to Dubai, covering a long project or waiting for your own car to be registered? The Corolla is the sensible answer: five seats, a beige interior, room for two suitcases, rear climate control for passengers in the summer heat, parking sensors and Android Auto. Daily and weekly prices are given on request; the published offer is the monthly one.
What a month includes: Thrifty's note allows 2,500 km on monthly contracts — roughly 83 km a day, enough for a Dubai Marina to DIFC commute plus a weekend trip to Abu Dhabi. Every kilometre beyond costs AED 0.35. Basic comprehensive insurance is included; 5% VAT and Salik tolls at AED 5 per gate are charged on top.
- Deposit listed at AED 1,500; the company's note mentions AED 2,000 when taken from a debit card
- Free delivery for 30+ days, including fast delivery to Airport Terminals 1–3
- Branch at The Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Floor (Cinema P1 parking), open 24/7
- Drivers aged 21 and above; credit or debit card accepted

Rental terms
Kilometres
Allowance: 4,500 km on the monthly rate. Above the allowance you pay AED 0.35 per km. For scale: Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back is roughly 280 km.
Fuel
Like for like: bring the car back with the fuel level you received it with. If it comes back lower, the company refuels it and bills you, usually above pump price.
Security deposit
AED 1,500, blocked on your credit card rather than charged and released within 30 days of the return. A deposit paid by debit card, cash or transfer comes back by manual refund, which takes longer.
Rental rules
Basic insurance is part of the price; full cover with a lower excess is usually an extra.
A rental day is 24 hours from pick-up, so a return that is an hour late can cost a full extra day. Handing the car back early may change the rate you pay.
The rental agreement you sign is what binds you and the company, not this page: read it before paying, and agree any change in writing (WhatsApp or e-mail).
Driver & licence
Minimum driver age: 21 years.
Visitors from the GCC, the US, the UK, Canada, Europe and several other countries can drive on their home licence. Other visitors need an International Driving Permit; UAE residents need a UAE licence.
Payment, tolls & VAT
Accepted: Credit Card, Debit Card.
Salik toll gates: AED 5 per crossing, added to your bill.
Prices shown exclude 5% VAT.
Frequently asked questions
Can I rent this Corolla for a few days only?
The car can be hired from 1 day, but Thrifty quotes daily and weekly prices on request; only the AED 1,949 monthly rate is published.
What deposit will Thrifty ask for?
The listing shows AED 1,500, while the company's note says AED 2,000 is taken from a debit card. Ask which applies to your card; deposits are returned within 30 days.
How many kilometres do I get per month?
Thrifty's monthly contracts include 2,500 km. Beyond that you pay AED 0.35 per km, so 100 extra km add only AED 35.
