About First Level Car Rental
Three of First Level's four cars are built for a full house: the 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe LT seats eight, the 2025 BYD Leopard 8 and ROX 01 seven each. The fourth, a 2024 Mercedes-Benz C200 saloon, is the most affordable and the only one you can take for a single day; the SUVs need two, with the BYD the priciest.
There are no weekly rates, but every car has a monthly price, handy if you are in town for a few weeks. Rentals include 250 km a day; an extra kilometre costs AED 0.5 on the BYD, AED 2 on the C200 and ROX, and AED 5 on the Tahoe. Deposits run from AED 1,000 to AED 2,500, with no zero-deposit option.
The office is on floor 19 of Tamani Arts Offices and is open 24/7. No free delivery: the team delivers across Dubai and to the airport on request, or collect free from the branch. Cash or card; English and Arabic spoken; drivers 21+; 5% VAT extra.

Can I rent a car here for just one day?
Only the Mercedes C200. The Chevrolet Tahoe, BYD Leopard 8 and ROX 01 need at least two days.
Is delivery free?
No free delivery is listed. Delivery anywhere in Dubai or to the airport can be arranged, and extra charges may apply. Pick-up from the Business Bay office is free.
What deposit and payment methods apply?
AED 1,000 on the C200 and the BYD, up to AED 2,500 on the Tahoe, by credit card, debit card or cash. A zero-deposit option is not offered.
