Description
A compact premium sedan with a genuinely generous daily allowance of 450 km, enough for Abu Dhabi and back. Thrifty Car Rental keeps it at its 24-hour desk on the Lower Ground Floor of The Dubai Mall.
Rent this Audi A3 2024 in Dubai for AED 250/day & AED 4,299/month. Includes 450 km/day mileage (AED 1 per additional km). Security deposit: AED 2,500.
The A3 suits a business trip where you want something sharper than an economy car without paying luxury-SUV money, or a couple planning day trips: the Louvre Abu Dhabi on Saturday, the Hatta mountains on Sunday. The 2.0-litre petrol engine is paired with an automatic gearbox, and the grey cabin has power seats, rear climate control, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, with automatic emergency braking and parking sensors as back-up. It is listed for four passengers and two bags.
One day costs AED 250, seven days at that rate AED 1,750. Stay a month and the price drops to AED 4,299, about AED 143 a day and AED 3,201 cheaper than 30 daily rentals, and delivery becomes free. Extra kilometres are AED 1 each. The listing shows 4,500 km for a month, but Thrifty's own note limits monthly contracts to 2,500 km, so confirm the allowance before you sign.
- Deposit AED 2,500, refunded within 30 days
- Credit or debit card only, no cash
- Minimum age 21; basic insurance included, 5% VAT extra
- Airport terminals 1–3 are on the fast-delivery list

Rental terms
Mileage policy
Most rentals include a daily mileage limit (e.g., 250 km/day). Exceeding this incurs additional charges at AED 0.5 per extra km. Some providers offer unlimited mileage or extra mileage package options. Tip: Planning a long trip? Request a discounted extra mileage package from the rental company in advance to avoid per-km charges.
Fuel policy
Return the car with the same fuel level as received to avoid refueling charges. Tip: Take a picture of the fuel gauge at pickup and drop-off as proof, and keep the fuel receipt to avoid disputes.
Deposit policy
A refundable deposit is held via credit card pre-authorization and refunded within 30 days. Some companies offer a zero-deposit option for a non-refundable fee. Tip: Using a debit card, cash or bank transfer? Refunds take longer, require manual processing, and may incur transfer and currency conversion fees. Check with your provider in advance.
Rental policy
Car rentals operate on a 24-hour cycle—returning late, even by an hour, may result in a full-day charge. Early contract termination may affect your rental rate. Tip: If the rental company is picking up the car, ensure the vehicle is ready and accessible at the agreed time to avoid delays or extra charges. Important: Users must carefully review the Car Rental Agreement before confirming their booking. The policies mentioned on this page are for informational purposes and reflect standard car rental practices in Dubai. However, the Car Rental Agreement serves as the final binding contract between the user and the provider. Be sure to read it thoroughly and keep a copy for your records. Keep Records – Always document all communications with the car rental provider in text format, such as WhatsApp chats or emails. This helps avoid misunderstandings and provides proof in case of disputes.
