Description
Black inside and out, with a surround-view camera and parking assist for the Marina’s tight garages, the 2025 X2 sDrive from Formula Drive now costs AED 300 a day instead of AED 475 – delivered free.
Rent this BMW X2 sDrive 2025 in Dubai for AED 300/day, AED 2,100/week & AED 7,000/month. Includes 250 km/day mileage (AED 2 per additional km). Security deposit: AED 2,000.
The X2 suits a couple or a solo professional who wants a premium badge without the bulk of a large SUV. It is listed for four passengers and two medium bags, and comes with leather, temperature-controlled memory seats, a panoramic sunroof, head-up display and adaptive cruise control. Picture breakfast on Bluewaters, an afternoon in Dubai Media City and a night drive along Jumeirah Beach Road.
Be aware that the weekly price, AED 2,100, is exactly seven days at AED 300, so there is no weekly discount – the saving starts with a month: AED 7,000, about AED 233 a day and AED 2,000 less than 30 single days. Mileage is 250 km a day, 1,750 km a week or 4,500 km a month, and extra kilometres are charged at only AED 2. Prices exclude 5% VAT.
The deposit is AED 2,000, refunded within 30 days; the company also advertises a zero-deposit option. Payment is by credit card and drivers must be at least 23. Formula Drive’s Princess Tower office in Dubai Marina is open around the clock.

Rental terms
Kilometres
Allowance: 250 km on the daily rate, 1,750 km on the weekly rate, 4,500 km on the monthly rate. Above the allowance you pay AED 2 per km. For scale: Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back is roughly 280 km.
Fuel
Like for like: bring the car back with the fuel level you received it with. If it comes back lower, the company refuels it and bills you, usually above pump price.
Security deposit
AED 2,000, blocked on your credit card rather than charged and released within 30 days of the return. A deposit paid by debit card, cash or transfer comes back by manual refund, which takes longer.
Rental rules
Basic insurance is part of the price; full cover with a lower excess is usually an extra.
A rental day is 24 hours from pick-up, so a return that is an hour late can cost a full extra day. Handing the car back early may change the rate you pay.
The rental agreement you sign is what binds you and the company, not this page: read it before paying, and agree any change in writing (WhatsApp or e-mail).
Driver & licence
Minimum driver age: 23 years.
Visitors from the GCC, the US, the UK, Canada, Europe and several other countries can drive on their home licence. Other visitors need an International Driving Permit; UAE residents need a UAE licence.
Payment, tolls & VAT
Accepted: Credit Card.
Salik toll gates: AED 5 per crossing, added to your bill.
Prices shown exclude 5% VAT.
Frequently asked questions
Does a weekly booking save money on the X2?
No – the weekly rate of AED 2,100 equals seven days at AED 300. A month at AED 7,000 is the discounted option.
What if I exceed 250 km in a day?
Each extra km costs AED 2, so going 50 km over the limit adds AED 100.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
The standard deposit is AED 2,000, returned within 30 days, but Formula Drive says a zero-deposit option is available – ask about the terms.
