Description
Two seats, a roof that comes off and paddle shifters – the Boxster is made for an evening loop of Palm Jumeirah. Formula Drive rents it from its Princess Tower office for AED 600 a day, down from AED 850.
Rent this Porsche 718 Boxster Convertible 2023 in Dubai for AED 600/day, AED 4,550/week & AED 13,900/month. Includes 250 km/day mileage (AED 3 per additional km). Security deposit: AED 2,500.
This is a car for two people and one medium bag, so treat it as a pleasure car rather than an airport shuttle. Drop the roof in the cooler months for Jumeirah Beach Road, Bluewaters and JBR, or head out early for the Hatta road before the heat builds. Racing seats, carbon-fibre trim, a premium audio system and temperature-controlled seats are part of the package, and the surround-view camera helps in tight Marina car parks.
A pricing quirk works in your favour: at the current AED 600 daily price, seven days cost AED 4,200 – AED 350 less than the AED 4,550 weekly rate, with the same 1,750 km in total. Ask Formula Drive to quote your exact dates. A month is AED 13,900 (about AED 463 a day, 4,500 km). Extra kilometres cost AED 3, each Salik gate AED 5, and 5% VAT is added.
- Minimum rental: one day
- Driver aged 23+; AED 2,500 deposit, refunded within 30 days

- Free delivery around Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills and The Springs; office open 24/7

Rental terms
Mileage policy
Most rentals include a daily mileage limit (e.g., 250 km/day). Exceeding this incurs additional charges at AED 0.5 per extra km. Some providers offer unlimited mileage or extra mileage package options. Tip: Planning a long trip? Request a discounted extra mileage package from the rental company in advance to avoid per-km charges.
Fuel policy
Return the car with the same fuel level as received to avoid refueling charges. Tip: Take a picture of the fuel gauge at pickup and drop-off as proof, and keep the fuel receipt to avoid disputes.
Deposit policy
A refundable deposit is held via credit card pre-authorization and refunded within 30 days. Some companies offer a zero-deposit option for a non-refundable fee. Tip: Using a debit card, cash or bank transfer? Refunds take longer, require manual processing, and may incur transfer and currency conversion fees. Check with your provider in advance.
Rental policy
Car rentals operate on a 24-hour cycle—returning late, even by an hour, may result in a full-day charge. Early contract termination may affect your rental rate. Tip: If the rental company is picking up the car, ensure the vehicle is ready and accessible at the agreed time to avoid delays or extra charges. Important: Users must carefully review the Car Rental Agreement before confirming their booking. The policies mentioned on this page are for informational purposes and reflect standard car rental practices in Dubai. However, the Car Rental Agreement serves as the final binding contract between the user and the provider. Be sure to read it thoroughly and keep a copy for your records. Keep Records – Always document all communications with the car rental provider in text format, such as WhatsApp chats or emails. This helps avoid misunderstandings and provides proof in case of disputes.
