Description
Here is a price quirk worth using: a full month in this blue Creta costs AED 1,949, which is AED 129 less than two separate weeks. Thrifty Car Rental hands it over from its 24-hour desk at The Dubai Mall.
Rent this Hyundai Creta 5 Seater 2024 in Dubai for AED 160/day, AED 1,039/week & AED 1,949/month. Includes 450 km/day mileage (AED 1 per additional km). Security deposit: AED 1,500.
If you are relocating to Dubai, waiting for your own car or staying for the season, the maths is simple. The daily rate is AED 160, a week is AED 1,039 (about AED 148 a day), and a month drops to roughly AED 65 a day. Book 30 days or more and delivery is free — the fast-delivery zones include all three airport terminals, Dubai Marina, JLT, Palm Jumeirah and Mirdif.
The 1.5-litre automatic Creta is a crossover for real city life: raised seating, five seats, two medium bags, automatic emergency braking and Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. The mileage is unusually generous at 450 km a day, so a return drive to the Hatta dam still leaves room to spare. Beyond the allowance, each extra kilometre is AED 1.

Rental terms
Mileage policy
Most rentals include a daily mileage limit (e.g., 250 km/day). Exceeding this incurs additional charges at AED 0.5 per extra km. Some providers offer unlimited mileage or extra mileage package options. Tip: Planning a long trip? Request a discounted extra mileage package from the rental company in advance to avoid per-km charges.
Fuel policy
Return the car with the same fuel level as received to avoid refueling charges. Tip: Take a picture of the fuel gauge at pickup and drop-off as proof, and keep the fuel receipt to avoid disputes.
Deposit policy
A refundable deposit is held via credit card pre-authorization and refunded within 30 days. Some companies offer a zero-deposit option for a non-refundable fee. Tip: Using a debit card, cash or bank transfer? Refunds take longer, require manual processing, and may incur transfer and currency conversion fees. Check with your provider in advance.
Rental policy
Car rentals operate on a 24-hour cycle—returning late, even by an hour, may result in a full-day charge. Early contract termination may affect your rental rate. Tip: If the rental company is picking up the car, ensure the vehicle is ready and accessible at the agreed time to avoid delays or extra charges. Important: Users must carefully review the Car Rental Agreement before confirming their booking. The policies mentioned on this page are for informational purposes and reflect standard car rental practices in Dubai. However, the Car Rental Agreement serves as the final binding contract between the user and the provider. Be sure to read it thoroughly and keep a copy for your records. Keep Records – Always document all communications with the car rental provider in text format, such as WhatsApp chats or emails. This helps avoid misunderstandings and provides proof in case of disputes.
