Collection at the mall is free during opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–18:00, Saturday 10:00–15:00, closed Sunday. Delivery and pick-up anywhere in Dubai costs AED 75. Deposit AED 1,500–2,000; drivers 21+; staff speak English, Arabic and Hindi.
